Job Description
Sutherland is hiring candidates for the International Technical Voice Process. This role involves handling real-time customer voice calls and providing technical troubleshooting support.
Job Criteria
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process
- Immediate joiners preferred (15 days notice period acceptable)
- Ability to handle live customer voice calls
Shift Details
- 5-day work week
- Rotational shifts (Predominantly night shifts)
Compensation
- CTC: ₹2.25 to ₹3.5 LPA
(Salary depends on experience and performance)
