This is a Non-Technical, Non-Voice role. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Data Entry & Data Processing
- Document Verification
- KYC Verification
- Handling citizen service requests
- Maintaining accuracy in records
- Supporting passport application processing
This role requires attention to detail, good communication, and strong documentation handling skills.
Eligibility Criteria
